Founder - Director
Sanjay is the guiding force behind the group's activities and the chief strategist. He oversees the activities of administration, quality control and liasioning. He has been active for over three decades in the construction sector in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad and has been contributing to development of city with his regular interactions with the civic departments and city planners.
Sunil Birje
Founder - Director
Sunil is the technocrat with over three decades of experience in the industry.
He has successfully completed over two million square feet of R.C.C. construction in the city. He is hands on person and the structural guru.
His passion for structural design and unending commitment to work is well known in the industry circles.
Ajay Lanke
Founder - Director
Finance, strategy and customer relationships are his forte. Ajay is the versatile executive arm of the group. He has over 30 years of industry experience in residential civic infrastructure, industrial projects and business management. His creative skills and strong customer focus have been the driving force of our success.
Rohit S. Lanke
Director
Rohit Lanke is the second-generation actively leading the group transformation from a traditional developer to a modern customer-centric and dynamic real estate company. Rohit has completed his Master’s in Business Management from IBS Hyderabad and has 12+ years of experience in business strategy and new business development. He contributes in the strategy planning, marketing and day-to-day execution of projects.
Amit S. Lanke
Director (Legal)
Amit Lanke is the legal eagle of the group. With an LLB degree from the University of Pune, he is a practising lawyer and managing partner of A&D Legal, a law firm. He handles the legal, due diligence and documentation functions of the company, apart from serving as legal advisor to various government departments, banks, companies and individual clients.
